Hi. I’m Mallory.

I started this journey because I am deeply passionate about connecting people with truly amazing food. I don’t believe that eating “healthy” means that you have to skip flavor, joy, or pleasure when you gather around the table. I’m here to help you re-establish a positive relationship with the food on your plate, the thoughts in your mind, and the body in your clothes.

It sounds a little touchy-feely, I know. Hear me out. I have never met two clients for whom the exact same protocol has been a good solution. You’re unique, and you deserve personalized support when it comes to simplifying your food routines, and getting and staying healthy. That’s what I’m here to do: cheer you on, teach you what you need to know, and set you up for sustained success.

If I do my job right, you won’t need me forever.

I’ll meet you where you are, and journey with you to your end goal.
