How does Nutrition Coaching work?
My Nutrition Coaching packages are unique for each client. I take a bio-individual approach to working with each client, because your needs and goals are personal and specific.
In the Intake Session, we will dig deep into your health and eating history, looking at past patterns and successes. We’ll assess your current life, and identify what is and isn’t working to keep you healthy and happy. Then we look forward to where you want to take your health and nutrition goals.
For the convenience of my clients, we can keep sessions virtual (using Zoom) and appointment times are flexible. Clients can track progress and goals in a client portal, and access resources, tools, and downloads.
